Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MAGA Enterprises LLC (“Patriot Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Patriot Social platform at thepatriotsocial.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information You Provide
When you register and use the Service, you may provide:
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, username, and password.
- Referral information: the referral code or link you used, and details of the patriots you refer.
- Shipping details: only if you choose to redeem points for a physical reward, the recipient name and mailing address you enter at checkout. We do not ask for tax documents, government IDs, or financial account details.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage data: screens and pages viewed, features used, referrals generated, and points activity.
- Device and log data: IP address, device type and operating system, browser or app version, device and advertising identifiers, and timestamps.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data, so we can find and fix problems.
- Push tokens: if you turn on notifications, the token your device needs to receive them.
- Anti-fraud signals: information used to detect duplicate accounts, bots, and abuse.
3. Cookies
On our website we use a small number of first-party cookies. The mobile app does not use cookies — it keeps your sign-in in secure storage on your device instead.
- pe_session — an essential authentication cookie that keeps you signed in.
- patriot_ref — a functional cookie that remembers the username of the patriot who referred you (from a ?ref= link) so we can credit the referral when you register.
These two cookies are not used for advertising.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate the Service, your account, and your referral link;
- determine when a referral becomes verified and credit points accordingly;
- detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse;
- run leaderboards and promotions;
- ship the physical rewards you redeem with your points;
- communicate with you about your account and the Service; and
- maintain security and comply with applicable law.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, email, push-notification delivery, crash and performance monitoring, shipping, phone and email verification, and customer support providers);
- with analytics and attribution partners, who receive device and advertising identifiers and information about how the Service is used, so we can measure app installs, campaign performance, and which features patriots actually use;
- when required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and
- with your consent.
We never share the content of your posts, messages, or comments, the text of your searches, or your contacts with analytics or advertising partners. On the website this sharing happens only if you accept it on the cookie banner. In the mobile app it happens only if you allow tracking when iOS asks — you can change that answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
6. Public Leaderboard
Your name and/or username and your referral standing may be displayed publicly on leaderboards within the Service. Please do not choose a username you wish to keep private.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details in your settings and opt out of non-essential emails at any time. You can also delete your account and its data yourself, without asking us — in the app under Settings → “Delete my account,” or from your settings on the website. To exercise any other right, contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
11. International Users
We operate from the United States and may process and store information there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations whose data-protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
