Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Patriot Social referral and rewards platform at thepatriotsocial.com and any related services (the “Service”), operated by MAGA Enterprises LLC (“Patriot Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important — Novelty Collectibles & No Affiliation

All physical and digital items offered through the Service (including any “gold” coins, bills, cards, bullion-style pieces, or mystery boxes) are novelty collectible items only. They are not legal tender, not real gold bullion, not cryptocurrency, not securities, and not an investment, and they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, deposited, or cashed out at any bank or financial institution. The Service and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, any government agency, or any financial institution. Any names, marks, slogans, or likenesses are used for descriptive and expressive purposes only.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for residents of jurisdictions where it is lawful, and one account is permitted per person. We may verify your eligibility at any time and refuse, suspend, or terminate access where these requirements are not met.

2. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Your username becomes part of your public referral link, and we may reclaim or change usernames that are misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Referral Program & Points

You receive a personal referral link tied to your username. You earn points when someone you refer signs up and reaches “verified” status — which requires completing email and phone verification and passing our automated anti-fraud review. A referral only counts once the referred patriot is verified.

Points are a promotional convenience. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged outside the Service. We may correct point balances to fix an error or to remove points obtained through fraud or abuse, and we may change point values, earning rules, and the rewards catalog going forward. We will not take away points you earned legitimately under the rules that applied when you earned them.

4. Leaderboard & Promotions

The Service runs monthly referral leaderboards that rank patriots by their verified referrals. The leaderboard is for recognition and standing within the Service only — we do not offer cash prizes or cash payouts, and no money is awarded for your position on it. Any promotion we run is governed by its own official rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. No purchase or payment is ever necessary to participate.

After a month closes, an administrator reviews and locks the final leaderboard. We may verify eligibility and remove anyone who tampers with the Service, commits fraud, or violates these Terms or the applicable official rules. Because nothing of monetary value is awarded, we do not ask you for tax documents, government IDs, or financial account details.

5. Rewards Store

You may redeem points for available items in the Rewards Store. Availability, point pricing, and fulfillment timelines may change without notice, and items may be substituted with items of comparable value where necessary. Redemptions are generally final once submitted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• create fake, duplicate, or automated (bot) accounts;
• self-refer or use deceptive, misleading, or spam tactics to generate referrals;
• manipulate the leaderboard, points, or any promotion;
• access the Service through automated means, scrape it, or copy its content;
• post, upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
• harass, bully, impersonate, threaten, or abuse other users;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service or with other users; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You can report content or block another user from within the app; we review reports and remove violating content and offending users, typically within 24 hours. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, with or without notice.

7. Anti-Fraud & Account Actions

We monitor for fraud and abuse. Where we find it, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate the account, remove the affected referrals, and reverse the points they generated. Suspensions take effect immediately and may result in forfeiture of points obtained through the abuse and of any pending Rewards Store redemptions. If you believe we got it wrong, contact support and we will review the decision.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by Patriot Social or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service. That license ends when you delete the content or your account — except for copies other patriots have already shared or reposted, and copies held in routine backups for a limited period. We do not sell your content or license it to anyone else for their own advertising.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Social and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or points. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Social and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account and its data yourself — in the app under Settings → “Delete my account,” or from your settings on the website. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give you notice where it is practical to do so, and you can ask support to review a suspension. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for disputes governed by the official rules of a specific promotion, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
